Heather Bliss
Heather was born in Evansville, IN on October 23, 1970. She was such
a beautiful baby! She grew up mostly in Evansville, but spent her teen years in St. Joseph, MI where she graduated from St Joseph High School. This is where she met Mike Bliss, fell in love and got married. Rather than continue her education, she wanted to be a Mother to her daughter and 2 stepchildren whom she loved as her own.
She loved to laugh and play pranks on everyone. She also loved IU basketball and she never missed calling us to either celebrate a victory or cry about a loss.
She was diagnosed with breast cancer and with Mike by her side, she waged a valiant war against this disease, only to succumb to it in 2020. During her short life, she was a loving wife and Mother. She cared deeply for her parents and family. A better friend you could never find. Heather was beautiful inside and out and we miss her terribly every day.
Jeremy Snyder
Jeremy Dale Snyder was born on June 28, 1973 in Evansville, IN. He finished middle school and graduated from St. Joseph High School in Michigan. He attended Southern Indiana University before taking a dispatcher job at Heartland Express. He then was hired by CRST trucking where he quickly rose to Director of Logistics. Along the way he met Terri Leach and they were married shortly after and soon welcomed a little girl, Lauren, into the family. He contracted a rare form of liver cancer which he fought for 6 years before we lost him. Jeremy was a staunch IU basketball fan and even received a phone call from Coach Knight when he got sick, encouraging him to keep fighting! Jeremy had a great sense of humor and his imitations of celebrities had everyone laughing until they cried. He loved his wife, daughter, family and friends with his whole being. He will always be remembered and missed with all our hearts!
